Coriander contains vitamins A, B, C, E and is one of the richest herbal sources for vitamin K. Vitamin K has a potential role in bone mass building by promoting osteotrophic activity in the bones. Micro Coriander has 3 times more beta-carotene than mature coriander and is also high in lutein. These nutrients have been known to be beneficial for the skin, hair and eyes. They can help the body fight bacterial infections thanks to their natural antibacterial qualities, and they are believed to regulate blood sugar levels.

They also contain Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Zinc, Carotene, Chlorophyll, Amino Acids, Trace Elements. Coriander Seeds have natural anti-oxidant properties, they are rich in dietary fibre, and they contain 28% of the daily value of vitamin K.
